Контрольный список подготовки материала к отправке

В качестве одного из этапов процесса отправки авторы должны проверить соответствие их материала всем следующим пунктам, материалы могут быть возвращены авторам, если они не соответствуют этим требованиям.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Peer Review and Ethics

The Analytical Bulletin is committed to peer-review integrity and upholding the highest standards of review. Once your paper has been assessed for suitability by the editor, it will then be double blind peer reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees. If you have shared an earlier version of your Author’s Original Manuscript on a preprint server, please be aware that anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

  

Preparing Your Paper

 Structure

Your paper should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion; acknowledgments; declaration of interest statement; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s); figure(s) caption(s).

The text should be single-spaced and use a 12-point font.

 

Abstract & Keywords

An abstract of not more than 150 words and 3-8 keywords are needed.

Indicate the abstract paragraph with a heading or by reducing the font size.

 

Length

A typical paper for the Analytical Bulletin should be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, a review essay should be no more than 7,000 words and a book review should be between 700 and 1,500 words.

The typical length of policy discussions published in this journal is 5,000-6,000 words, with a
maximum of 7,000. Policy discussions should address issues or questions of mid- or long-term strategic significance, rather than short-term ‘issues of the moment’ that may not remain relevant after a publishing cycle of 6 months. Policy discussions are reviewed double-blind in the same way as research articles.
Other genres of article published in the Analytical Bulletin, such as interviews, field narratives or archive documents, must be negotiated in advance with the co-Editors-in-Chief, who will decide on the appropriate parameters and review process.

 

Style Guidelines and References

 Please refer to the Chicago Manual of Style when preparing your paper, rather than any published articles or a sample copy.

Follow the Library of Congress transliteration except for the spelling of commonly used names. Authors may use simplified systems omitting diacritical marks where the indication of the latter is not essential for the research findings to be understood.

 Please use this Notes and Bibliography reference guide when preparing your paper.

Please supply all details required by your funding and grant-awarding bodies as follows:

For single agency grants

This work was supported by the [Funding Agency] under Grant [name or number].

 For multiple agency grants

This work was supported by the [Funding Agency #1] under Grant [name or number]; [Funding Agency #2] under Grant [name or number], and [Funding Agency #3] under Grant [name or number].

 

Biographical note

Please supply a short biographical note for each author (no more than 150 words).

 

Using Third-Party Material in your Paper

You must obtain the necessary permission to reuse third-party material in your article. The use of short extracts of text and some other types of material is usually permitted, on a limited basis, for the purposes of criticism and review without securing formal permission. If you wish to include any material in your paper for which you do not hold copyright, and which is not covered by this informal agreement, you will need to obtain written permission from the copyright owner prior to submission.

Please note that by submitting your paper to Analytical Bulletin you are agreeing to originality checks during the peer-review and production processes.

 

Article Reprints

Enquiries about reprints, please contact the Center for Culture and Civilization team at analyticalbulletin@cccs.am. Once your article is published in the Analytical Bulletin, you will be provided 3 copies gratis. You can also order additional print copies of the journal issue in which your article appears or any other issues.

Կառուցվածք

Ձեր աշխատանքը կարող է կազմված լինի հետևյալ կերպ․ Վերնագիր, կարճ ամփոփագիր, բանալի բառեր, հիմնական տեքստի նախաբան, հիմնական բովանդակություն և մեթոդաբանություն, արդյունքներ, քննարկում, երախտիքի խոսք, հավելվածներ (ըստ անհրաժեշտության), աղյուսակներ, տվյալներ և այլն։ Պարտադիր չէ, որ հոդվածը ունենա վերոնշյալ բոլոր բաժինները։ 

Տեքստը պետք է ունենա 12pt տառաչափ և 1pt միջտողային հեռավորություն։ 

Ամփոփագիր և բանալի բառեր

Ամփոփագիրը պետք է լինի ոչ ավել քան 150 բառ, իսկ բանալի բառերը պետք է լինեն 3-8: ِ

 

Ծավալներ

Վերլուծական տեղեկագրի հոդվածները պետք է լինեն առավելագույնը 8000 բառ, գրքի գրախոսությունը պետք է լինի 700-ից 1500 բառ:

Այս ամսագրում հրապարակված քաղաքականության քննարկումների միջին ծավալը 5000-6000 բառ է, առավելագույնը՝ 7000: Քաղաքականության քննարկումները պետք է անդրադառնան միջնաժամկետ կամ երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական նշանակության հարցերին կամ խնդիրներին, այլ ոչ թե կարճաժամկետ «պահի խնդիրներին», որոնք կարող են արդիական չլինել հրապարակման համար նախատեսված 6-ամսյա ժամկետից հետո։ Քաղաքականության քննարկումները երկակի անոնիմ վերանայման փուլով են անցնում, այնպես, ինչպես հետազոտական հոդվածները։ 

Վերլուծական տեղեկագրում հրապարակվող այլ տեսակի հոդվածները ինչպիսիք են հարցազրույցները, դաշտային պատմությունները կամ արխիվային փաստաթղթերը, պետք է նախապես բանակցվեն խմբագրական կազմի գլխավոր պատասխանատուի հետ, որը կորոշի համապատասխան չափանիշները և վերանայման գործընթացը:

Ոճի և հղումների ուղեցույց

Խնդրում ենք ծանոթանալ և հղումներ կատարել Չիկագոյի ոճի ձեռնարկի  հիման վրա ձեր աշխատանքը պատրաստելիս, այլ ոչ թե որևէ հրապարակված հոդվածի կամ որպես նմուշ հանդիսացող օրինակի հիման վրա: Խնդրում ենք օգտագործել ծանոթագրությունների և մատենագրության հետևյալ ուղեցույցը ձեր աշխատանքը պատրաստելիս:

Խնդրում ենք հետևել Կոնգրեսի գրադարանի տառադարձությանը (the Library of Congress transliteration), բացառությամբ սովորաբար օգտագործվող անունների ուղղագրության: Հեղինակները կարող են օգտագործել պարզեցված համակարգեր՝ բաց թողնելով դիակրիտիկ նշանները, երբ վերջիններիս նշումը էական չէ հետազոտության արդյունքները հասկանալու համար:

 

Ֆինանսավորման մանրամասներ

Խնդրում ենք տրամադրել մանրամասներ ձեր աշխատանքը ֆինանսավորող հաստատության պահանջներին համապատասխան՝ 

Դրամաշնորհային մեկ աղբյուրի դեպքում

Այս աշխատանքը կատարվել է համապատասխան կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ՝ համապատասան դրամաշնորհի անվանումը կամ համարը նշելով։

Երրորդ կողմի նյութերի օգտագործման մասին

Դուք պետք է համապատասխան թույլտվություն  ունենաք ձեր աշխատանքում երրորդ կողմի նյութերի օգտագործման համար։ Տեքստերի և/կամ այլ տեսակի նյութերի կարճ հատվածների կիրառումը սովորաբար թույլատրվում է  որոշակի սահմանափակ հիմունքներով, գրախոսելու և գրաքննելու նպատակով առանց պաշտոնապես թույլտվություն հարցնելու։ 

Եթե ցանկանում եք ձեր աշխատանքում ներառել ցանկացած նյութ, որի համար դուք հեղինակային իրավունք չունեք, դուք պետք է գրավոր թույլտվություն ստանաք հեղինակային իրավունքի սեփականատիրոջից՝ նախքան աշխատանքն ամսագրի խմբագրական կազմին ներկայացնելը:

Վերլուծական տեղեկագրում հրապարակման ներկայացված բոլոր հետազոտական հոդվածները գրախոսվում են։ 

Հրատարակման լեզուներն են հայերենը, անգլերենը և ռուսերենը: 

Վճարներ

Ամսագրում հոդված հրատարակելու համար վճարներ նախատեսված չեն։ 

Գրագողություն

Հոդվածը պետք է լինի բնօրինակ հետազոտություն, որն իրականացվել է հեղինակի կամ համահեղինակների կողմից, իսկ գրագողությունը խստիվ կերպով արգելվում է։ Գրագողության փաստերի առկայության դեպքում հոդվածը չի ընդունվի հրատարակության և հեղինակը կտեղեկացվի այդ որոշման մասին։
